Scotland’s Sustainable Space Challenges’ – a bold and brave approach to growing the Space Economy in Scotland. Angela Mathis will be hosting a lively talk on the key outcomes of the ‘Sustainable Space Challenges’ campaign with:
- Kristina Tamane, Space Business Development Executive for the University of Edinburgh and the Co-Chair of the Environmental Task Force at Scottish Space Leadership Council,
- Daniel Smith, Interim Co-chair of the Scottish Space Leadership Council and Founder of AstroAgency,
- Dr. Moriba Jah, University of Texas at Austin,
- Dr. Massimiliano Vasile, University of Strathclyde.
The ‘Sustainable Space Challenges’ campaign results from the innovative thinking of the Scottish Space Leadership Council (SSLC) and has been led by Kristina Tamane (University of Edinburgh) & Daniel Smith (AstroAgency & Responsive Access) – as SSLC Environmental Task Force Co-Chairs. Their work was supported by workstream leads from Spire, AAC Clyde Space, Skyrora, and the Science & Technology Facilities Council.
